KIOSTECH GROUP CO., LTD. hereby warrants every kiosk, signage, our other products, and all related components sold for a minimum of One Year or Extended TWO Year following the date of invoice or delivery, whichever occurs last. This warranty shall include expert technical phone support for troubleshooting assistance, training, and simple return to factory replacement & repair.

 

While KIOSTECH uses reliable and high-quality components, an extended warranty is a reasonably priced option we encourage our customers to purchase. And for your deployed kiosks and digital signage continually working well, we advised you to purchase some main spare parts together with your bulk qty order with our best price for you. This may never delay resolving any issue that happened on the kiosk and digital signage.
